Mario Latorre offers free shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow five to ten business days for delivery. Our online store is glad to offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses. For shipments to American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Northern Marianas, Palau, Puerto Rico, Marshall Islands, US Virgin Islands and P.O. Boxes merchandise is shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS depending upon diligence or tardiness. We’re not responsible for delays and there are no returns from APO/ FPOs.
Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via UPS at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html you will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Merchandise purchased from the Mario Latorre Online Store may be returned to the online store by contacting our Returns Dept. We will have a return merchandize authorization code intiated (RMA).
The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in any way shape or method and in original and resalable condition with original tags attached from Mario Latorre online store. Returns made within 30 days of purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.
Mario Latorre cannot change an order once it is submitted. If you desire to change your order, you must cancel the previous order. To cancel an order after it has been submitted, please contact the Mario Latorre customer service center immediately or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
